I'm soo glad to have found something we all can keep in touch with because I need all of your insights to keep on going on the path that Belize and you all showed me.  It's so easy to get back into the "normal" way of doing things like "to go" containers and plastic bags, oh I need to get out of this way of doing things.  Ceiba your quote from Burton will never be lost now!
